Privacy Policy
We collect as little data as possible and protect it in line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
What we collect
- Mobile number: when you book the founding year or ask us to remind you at launch.
- Payment: payments are made on Paymob's secure page. We never see or store card or wallet details; we only receive confirmation of the payment, its reference number, and the details you entered on the payment page.
- Technical data: such as device and browser type, logged by our hosting provider to run and protect the website.
How we use it
To activate your year in the app, to send one reminder message if you asked for it, and to answer your messages and refund requests.
Who sees it
We don't sell your data. We share it only with Paymob and our hosting providers, and only as far as needed to run the service.
How long we keep it
Your number, for as long as your subscription is active; payment records, for as long as the law requires. Reminder numbers are deleted 30 days after launch.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to support@insigam.net.
